Where can you buy the Pilates Foam Roller?

You can purchase this foam roller online from Decathlon (sporting goods shop) or any sporting shop, in the country that you are residing.
Price Range is about US$20 - US$40.

This 90 cm or 36 inches (in length), 15 cm (diameter) high density firm foam roller. Make sure you purchase the long one and not the short one. This foam roller supports your spine and body.
